Shipping policy
The shipping expenses are added to the item’s price.
You will see all delivery options, prices, and the total shipping cost at the checkout. Shipping rates depend on the package’s size and both the buyer’s and seller’s locations.
When you press the Buy now button to purchase an item, you can choose your item to be delivered or collected from the seller. After you place your order, the seller will be notified and get the shipping instructions.
If you choose the delivery option, we will collect the item(s) from the seller and ship the next day.
For international deliveries, you choose a tracked shipping option by DHL:

You’ll be notified when the item is shipped (it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear on Mumz Mart).
You’ll be able to track your package in the chat with your seller.
