Processing and Delivery time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping and delivery time frame varies for each item and each country. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges: When returning goods for objective reasons, they are accepted within 7 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the seller.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I will accept returns for the following reasons:
- The goods were not delivered
package was lost
- The item arrived damaged
- The product description was sufficiently different to description
